The '''Central Montana Agri-Tech Park Industrial District''' is one of the City's five [[TaxIncrementFinancing]] districts, on the east side of Great Falls, aimed at agricultural processing and industrial development.

The [[CityCommission]] took a Great Falls AgriTech Park update at the work session of [[WorkSession2026-02-03]].

The adjacent '''Great Falls East Industrial Park''' TIF industrial district is the vehicle for the [[JanickiIndustriesProject]] bonds — Resolution 10628 authorising up to $3,800,000 and Resolution 10650 authorising the $2,845,000 Series 2026 taxable issue.

Related industrial items in the record include the '''BNSF Calumet rail expansion project''', taken at [[WorkSession2025-01-21]], and a Calumet tax abatement to [[CascadeCounty]], taken at [[WorkSession2025-03-04]].

Since 2025 the district is advised, along with the other four, by the [[SuperTifAdvisoryCommittee]].
