City Manager's report on the Rocky Mountain Building
Under item 16, City Manager Doyon reported back on the Commission's June 3 directive on the Rocky Mountain Building and set out the six steps of the nuisance abatement process under Municipal Code section 8.49. They are given in full at NuisanceAbatement.
Also under item 16, Commissioner Tryon received Commission consensus directing staff to set out the options for balancing priority general fund needs without the permissive medical levy or the inflation factor, and to sketch an alternative no-tax-increase budget showing which services would be reduced.
