Community Development Block Grant

CDBG and HOME are federal programmes administered locally by PlanningAndCommunityDevelopment. The City adopts a five-year consolidated plan, an annual action plan, and a citizen participation plan, and reports back through a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, the CAPER.

The 2025-2029 CDBG and HOME Consolidated Plan and Citizen Participation Plan went to public hearing at CityCommission2025-07-15, having been postponed from July 1, and carried 5-0
The 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan was heard at CityCommission2025-08-19
The 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan and the CAPER for programme year 2024 were heard at CityCommission2026-08-04 and CityCommission2026-08-18
