The district's plan was rewritten in 2026. '''Resolution of Intention 10646''' to amend and restate the plan and call a hearing was adopted at [[CityCommission2026-07-21]], where the Commission also took the 2026 Downtown Urban Renewal Plan itself. '''[[Ordinance3286]]''', approving the amended and restated 2026 plan, was accepted on first reading the same evening and adopted at [[CityCommission2026-08-04]], effective September 3, 2026.
