An open, volunteer-written reference for local government in '''Great Falls, Montana''' and '''Cascade County''' — who meets, when, what they decided, and where the public record for it lives.

Everything here is drawn from public records: agendas and minutes posted by the City Clerk, meeting recordings from the City's government access channel City-190, and the published pages of the City, the County and the school district. Every page should carry the source link it was written from. If a page makes a claim with no source under it, that claim should be removed or marked.

= Meetings =

Every City Commission meeting and work session we have a source for gets its own page, named for the body and the date it sat — the body name run together, then the date in year-month-day order: CityCommission then the date, WorkSession then the date, SpecialCityCommission and SpecialWorkSession likewise. Meetings from 2025 onward have agendas and minutes in the City's online Agenda Center and their pages carry the agenda items and the recorded votes. Earlier meetings are, so far, stubs built from the video catalogue — the packets for those years sit in the City's Document Center and have not been worked through here yet. That is the biggest gap in this wiki and the most useful thing a new contributor could fill.
