Advises the [[CityCommission]] and the [[CityManager]] on all matters relating to the successful operation of the [[MansfieldCenter]] — use of the theatre, the convention centre and the meeting rooms, and common areas and facility aesthetics.

'''Created''' by Ordinance 2729 in 1997; revised by Ordinance 2813 in December 2001 and by Ordinance 2928 on February 21, 2006. Members are appointed under OCCGF 2.8.

'''Membership''' — five to seven members appointed by the City Commission, with an attempt to draw representation from performing arts, conventions and meetings, and civic leadership. Three-year terms. No residency requirement is stipulated, though the Commission prefers city residents.
