+ City Commission meetings and work sessions, and a number of board meetings, are recorded by the City Clerk's office and carried on the City's government access channel, '''City-190'''. Meetings air live, re-air during the week of the meeting and the week after, and are posted online.
+ The online archive is a searchable catalogue. Each entry carries the meeting date in its title, the running time, and a file name that encodes the body and the date — ''CCM'' for a City Commission meeting, ''WS'' for a work session, ''PABZC'' for the [[PlanningAdvisoryBoard]] and Zoning Commission, ''BOA'' for the [[BoardOfAdjustment]] — followed by the date. So ''CCM081626.mp4'' is the regular meeting of August 18, 2026, which the file name dates by its agenda date.
+ A single recording is reached at a URL of the form https://greatfallsmt.viebit.com/watch?hash=XXXXXXXX and the catalogue itself answers at https://greatfallsmt.viebit.com/vb/public/vod as a machine-readable list. As of the catalogue we worked from, it held 241 recordings, the earliest dated January 3, 2023.
+ Recordings are generally uploaded the day after a meeting. Agendas and minutes from 2025 onward are in the Agenda Center; earlier years are in the City's Document Center.
