= City Commission =

The [[CityCommission]] meets on the '''first and third Tuesday''' of each month. A [[WorkSession]] precedes the regular meeting on the same day. Regular meetings are in the Commission Chambers, Room 206 of the [[CivicCenter]] at 2 Park Drive South; work sessions are in the Gibson Room, Room 212.

The City's Form of Government page gives work sessions at 5:30 pm and regular meetings at 7:00 pm, and the minutes through mid-2026 show exactly that. The City's Public Participation Guide gives 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm. The Commission discussed changing the start times at its work session of [[WorkSession2026-06-16]], under the item "Commission discussion on proposed changes to Commission work session and meeting start times". The two City pages have disagreed since. Treat the earlier times as the current ones and check the posted agenda; if you attend a meeting and can confirm which is right, please fix this page.

Agendas are posted on the official posting board in the Civic Center and on the City website, usually the Thursday afternoon of the preceding week and in any case at least 48 hours ahead.
