= Municipal Court =

Great Falls Municipal Court sits on the second floor of the [[CivicCenter]] at 2 Park Drive South, in courtrooms opened after the Civic Center court relocation project. Cashier windows are open weekdays 9:00 am to noon and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The court has two departments, A and B. Judges named in the record include '''Steve Bolstad''' and '''Mark Dunn''', with '''Cassidy Blomgren''' appearing from 2026. Court Supervisor is '''Morgan Medvec'''.

Department B was on the ballot for the November 4, 2025 municipal election. A vacancy in Department A was filled by Commission appointment: candidate interviews were held at a special work session on [[SpecialWorkSession2026-01-16]] and the appointment was made at [[CityCommission2026-01-20]].

The court presents its budget to the [[CityCommission]] at a work session each summer — see [[WorkSession2025-07-01]] and [[WorkSession2026-07-21]].

Court fines are payable online through the City's payment portal.
