+ The ordinance came out of a review of the Safety Inspection Certificate programme run by [[FireRescue]]. The Commission took an update on GFFR fees and proposed changes to the SIC programme at the work session of [[WorkSession2025-02-04]], and Title 5 code changes and fee updates at [[WorkSession2025-03-18]].
+ The fee side was handled separately by resolution — Resolution 10569, the GFFR fee schedule, adopted at the same April 15 meeting, and Resolution 10563 which it referenced.
