'''Membership''' — five members appointed by the City Commission, plus an ex officio member appointed by the [[BusinessImprovementDistrict]]. Experience or interest in the Great Falls central business district is helpful but not required. Members must reside within the City. Three-year terms.

'''Meets''' the third Thursday of each month at 3:00 pm (the 2026 agendas and minutes list 3:30 pm) in the Planning and Community Development conference room, Room 112 of the [[CivicCenter]].

The commission's work has been dominated since 2025 by the [[DowntownParkingProgram]] review, [[Ordinance3283]] on parking system administration, and Resolution 10622 setting Title 10 rates, fees and penalties.
