* Transportation — staff to the [[MetropolitanPlanningOrganization]] and the [[TransportationPlanningTac]]
* Urban renewal and [[TaxIncrementFinancing]] district administration
* Historic preservation — staff to the [[HistoricPreservationAdvisoryCommission]] and the annual Certified Local Government grant application
