City records are public unless a specific exemption applies. The CityClerk is the City's records manager and the first point of contact.
Resolution 10627, establishing procedures and a fee schedule for public records requests, was set for hearing at CityCommission2026-05-19 and adopted 5-0 at CityCommission2026-06-02. The minutes record it as referencing Resolutions 10141 and 10626.

The OpenMeetingLaw is a separate matter and reaches meetings rather than documents, but the two overlap: minutes are both a meeting product and a public record.
