Governs the Great Falls Transit District. The board determines the district's mill levy, prepares and presents its budget, and oversees operations, maintenance and administration.

'''Membership''' — five members: three elected, one appointed by the [[CityCommission]] and one by the [[CascadeCountyCommission]]. Four-year terms for appointed members; elected members under MCA 7-14-214. No residency requirement is stipulated for the appointed members.

'''Meets''' the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the main transit facility, 3905 North Star Boulevard.
