The committee posts agendas and minutes in the City's Agenda Center under "Transportation Planning TAC". Meetings are less frequent than the monthly boards; three meeting rows appear for 2026 in the Agenda Center as of this writing.
Work it feeds into includes the street Overall Condition Index assessment reviewed at WorkSession2025-04-15, memoranda of agreement with the Montana Department of Transportation for the 9th Street NW and Watson Coulee Road projects, and the transportation elements of FutureGreatFalls2045.
