= Wastewater Treatment Plant =

The City's wastewater plant and its collection system, run by [[PublicWorksDepartment]]. The City owns the plant and contracts with '''Veolia North America''' to manage and operate it. The City received the '''NACWA Peak Performance Gold Award for 2024''' for the plant; the Gold Award requires no violations of the facility's discharge permit for the calendar year. The department runs an industrial pretreatment programme with published draft permits.
