City Clerk
The City Clerk's Office is the City's record keeper and the source of nearly everything cited on this wiki.
Its work, in the office's own description:
- Supporting the legislative work of the CityCommission. Resolutions and ordinances are posted on the City website back to 2001
- Maintaining the complete record of City Commission minutes
- Maintaining and preserving official City records
- Codifying and distributing the OfficialCode
- Serving as Records Manager, guiding departments on retention and disposition under state law
- Running the City's government access channel, City-190 — recording and scheduling meetings for live broadcast and re-air, preparing community readerboard announcements, and posting recorded meetings online
Lisa Kunz is City Clerk; Darcy Dea is Deputy City Clerk. One or the other is recorded as present at essentially every Commission meeting and work session in the minutes.
The Clerk's office also receives written public comment on agenda items — see PublicParticipation — and posts QuorumNotices.
Where the records are
Agendas and minutes from 2025 forward are in the online Agenda Center. Earlier agendas and minutes are in the City's Document Center. Recordings are in the video catalogue; see MeetingRecordings.
