- Every City Commission meeting and work session we have a source for gets its own page, named for the body and the date it sat — the body name run together, then the date in year-month-day order: CityCommission then the date, WorkSession then the date, SpecialCityCommission and SpecialWorkSession likewise. Where the agenda and the minutes are online, the page carries the agenda items and the recorded votes. Where only a recording exists, the page says so and carries the recording; filling those in from the packets is the most useful thing a new contributor can do.

Meetings from 2025 onward have agendas and minutes in the City's online Agenda Center and their pages carry the agenda items and the recorded votes. Earlier meetings are, so far, stubs built from the video catalogue — the packets for those years sit in the City's Document Center and have not been worked through here yet. That is the biggest gap in this wiki and the most useful thing a new contributor could fill.
