GIS Services

The City's Computer Mapping and Addressing division, in Room 8 of the CivicCenter at 2 Park Drive South.

Aaron Vaughn is GIS Coordinator; Nathaniel Williams is GIS Specialist.

The division publishes an interactive basemap on which the public can search addresses, view property details, and see address points, school properties and parks. Property lines appear at closer zoom. The City attaches an explicit disclaimer: it makes no warranty as to the quality, content, completeness or adequacy of the data, and anyone acting on it should confirm against official records first.

Related City maps include the interactive zoning map, the street light locator, the spring street sweeping maps and the interactive RiversEdgeTrail map and neighborhood council map.

GIS work underpins the legal descriptions that appear in annexation and zoning resolutions — the tract, block, section, township and range formula you see in every land use item — and the district boundaries used for assessments. See AnnexationProcess.
