An ordinance amending Title 5, Chapters 1-3, Title 6, Chapter 1, Title 8, Chapter 14, and Title 17, Chapter 20 of the Official Code of the City of Great Falls, pertaining to business licenses, permits, and safety inspection certificates provisions.
The ordinance came out of a review of the Safety Inspection Certificate programme run by FireRescue. The Commission took an update on GFFR fees and proposed changes to the SIC programme at the work session of WorkSession2025-02-04, and Title 5 code changes and fee updates at WorkSession2025-03-18.
The fee side was handled separately by resolution — Resolution 10569, the GFFR fee schedule, adopted at the same April 15 meeting, and Resolution 10563 which it referenced.
