An ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 9, Sections 230 and 270-320 and Chapter 10, Section 010 of the Official Code of the City of Great Falls pertaining to the administration and operation of the City's parking system.
The ordinance is the code half of the DowntownParkingProgram review. The money half is Resolution 10622, establishing the rates, fees and penalties associated with Title 10, set for hearing at CityCommission2026-04-07 and adopted 5-0 at CityCommission2026-04-21.
Staff had set out the intended schedule at the work session of WorkSession2025-12-02 — first reading January 6, hearing February 3, new fees from March 3 — and the actual dates ran close to it.
