An ordinance to assign a zoning classification of Planned Unit Development (PUD) to the property legally described as Tract 1, COS 3779, Section 3, T20N, R3E, P.M.M., Cascade County, Montana — the Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana.
The ordinance is one of three actions taken together for the GoodMedicineHousing development — the others being Resolution 10632 annexing approximately 18.4 acres with its improvement agreement, and approval of the amended plat of COS 3779 including dedication of California Avenue as public right-of-way. All three carried 4-1.
