In the record

Most of what Public Works does reaches the CityCommission as consent agenda items: professional services agreements, construction contract awards, change orders and final payments. Larger items get their own pages here — see LeadServiceLineReplacement, StormwaterMasterPlan and StreetMaintenanceDistrict.

The City received the NACWA Peak Performance Gold Award for 2024 for the WastewaterTreatmentPlant, which the City owns and which Veolia North America manages and operates under contract. The Gold Award requires a facility to have had no violations of its discharge permit for the calendar year.
