The Central Montana Agri-Tech Park Industrial District is one of the City's five TaxIncrementFinancing districts, on the east side of Great Falls, aimed at agricultural processing and industrial development.

The adjacent Great Falls East Industrial Park TIF industrial district is the vehicle for the JanickiIndustriesProject bonds — Resolution 10628 authorising up to $3,800,000 and Resolution 10650 authorising the $2,845,000 Series 2026 taxable issue.
