A second amendment to the development agreement with Context LLC for the remodel of the Kellergeist pub theater at 111 Central Avenue was approved at CityCommission2026-03-17.

The 2026 plan

The district's plan was rewritten in 2026. Resolution of Intention 10646 to amend and restate the plan and call a hearing was adopted at CityCommission2026-07-21, where the Commission also took the 2026 Downtown Urban Renewal Plan itself. Ordinance3286, approving the amended and restated 2026 plan, was accepted on first reading the same evening and adopted at CityCommission2026-08-04, effective September 3, 2026.
