Everything here is drawn from public records: agendas and minutes posted by the City Clerk, meeting recordings from the City's government access channel City-190, and the published pages of the City, the County and the school district. Every page should carry the source link it was written from. If a page makes a claim with no source under it, that claim should be removed or marked.
Every City Commission meeting and work session we have a source for gets its own page, named for the body and the date it sat — the body name run together, then the date in year-month-day order: CityCommission then the date, WorkSession then the date, SpecialCityCommission? and SpecialWorkSession? likewise. Where the agenda and the minutes are online, the page carries the agenda items and the recorded votes. Where only a recording exists, the page says so and carries the recording; filling those in from the packets is the most useful thing a new contributor can do.
